This award winning building was designed and built to meet the neighborhood  needs.  Primary Care Development Corporation, a government agency, monitored the project.  Various meetings with the  Community Board were required for the final approval.  The design included removal of sections of the building to expand the waiting area and to provide an open look for the building.  Curved roof, architectural glass wall, and aluminum supports were also special features of the design.
