Project: Ranch*1 Grilled Chicken Restaurant Various Locations, NYC
Owner: Ranch*1…………….Sabastoam Rametta
Ranch*1 introduced a new concept in the food industry. Immediate growth in New York City area was anticipated. Collaborating directly with Owners and Architects, work was started on a fast track Construction Management basis. Each location had to be renovated to meet requirements determined by Ranch*1. With Construction costs in mind, site planning was critical so as not to tax this young franchise.
