This design build project was successful due to a close working relations ship developed with the owners. The phased gut rehab of the interior included all new mechanical, in addition the exterior was completely refurbished.

By enclosing the open air used car lot we obtained the impression of one large continuous building. Phased construction was designed as not to interfere with operation of the existing service department. Creating a 20 ft. basement, meant the underpinning of the 3 existing adjoining buildings. A special elevator and ramps was designed for vehicle traffic. State of the art service department was the owner's 1st wish, which was delivered on time.
