This up-to-date Dental facility encompassed a multi phase job with many challenges. The original dental office was to remain in operation as the adjacent empty store was renovated and prepared to be added into the operation. When the first phase was complete the offices had to swing to the new side while the old office was renovated. The main challenge of this project was that the old and new space were combine as one with walls, ceilings, sky-lights and whole rooms that transcended both sides of the project. This along with the architects plans to bring the front of this modern facility into the Steward Manor NY strip-store location as if it was built along with the other stores of the period make this an extraordinary project. |
