In this section, we have outlined our approach in staffing our project team to provide construction services for the client's construction project. Critical to a successful project is the development of the project's management plan. The careful structuring of the project team and the selection of the on-site project personnel is the most important step in the successful completion of any construction project.
We have developed a staffing plan that allows for all construction services to be performed by a self-contained project team. This will allow Long & DeLosa to work closely as a team member with the client and their architect. The team proposed will also allow us to monitor and maintain the project's momentum to meet the project's aggressive schedule.
Our project organization offers the client the following benefits:
A self-contained project team, under the direction of a Principal-in-Charge to provide single source liaison and accountability to the client.
A division of project responsibilities that allows for unimpeded interface among team members to facilitate communication.
Sufficient manpower loading to ensure that the move-in date is met.
Commitment and never-ending involvement of Senior Level Management, as evidenced by including a Principal-in-Charge.
An in-house Technical Support staff available to provide expertise when needed.
The personnel to be proposed for our team will be selected from our firm to ensure that the client receives the most capable and qualified construction expertise from Long & DeLosa. Each member offers the individual experience gained through years of experience in the New York area market. Combined, they will offer the client the best project team available.
