Long & DeLosa Construction Group Ltd. was born out of the growing need of our client base. Both Brian Long and John DeLosa decided that it was time to put their names up front along with their long standing reputation. With the huge success as contractors, the next natural step was the formation of one company to serve our entire client base, hence the birth of Long & DeLosa Construction Group Ltd.
Long & DeLosa Inc. was founded by two trade craftsman with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, and more importantly, of the New York Metropolitan Area marketplace. The principles brought to the venture over 25 years of experience as commercial remodeling specialists.
Since it's conception, Long & DeLosa has been servicing the commercial construction marketplace with restaurant, night club, office, apartment building remodeling projects, extensive remodeling work at health care facilities, and day-to-day maintenance support. Our corporate mission of "Customer Satisfaction", together with our goal of an end-to-end commitment to bring projects to completion on time and under-budget, has earned John DeLosa and Brian Long a reputation of being a professional and quality team.
